

Chocolate flavour, who doesn’t like it? Are you also a chocolate fan and do you want to eat responsibly? Then make these protein-rich cookies!
INGREDIENTS
– 200 grams of oatmeal
– 50 grams of buckwheat flour
– 50 grams Plantforce Synergy Protein Chocolate
– 160ml Oat or Coconut milk
– 15 grams of cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp peanut butter
– 1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 2 tbsp water
– 70 grams of raisins
Direction
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and mix the linseed with 2 tbsp water and let it rest for at least 5 minutes
2. First mix the buckwheat flour with the almond milk in a bowl and then add the oatmeal, cocoa powder, peanut butter and salt.
3. Knead by hand into a dough, then add the linseed with the raisins and mix well again.
4. Make 9 biscuits from the dough, place them on the baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
